Nutritional Consultations
Based on your pet's age, breed, species, and health status, its dietary needs and preferences can change significantly. We are here to offer dietary counselling to help you determine what food best fits your pet's needs.
Pets can have particular dietary needs because have special health conditions or are in a specific age bracket.
We look forward to working with you and your pet to provide a medically supervised, veterinarian-approved nutrition plan to help them stay happy and healthy for the many years to come!
The Dietary Counselling Process
We’ll start by conducting a physical exam and a health analysis to determine your pet’s specific nutritional needs. We'll then use that information to develop a custom food plan to meet those needs.
Our veterinarians may recommend using prescription diet food products, depending on if we feel they will have added benefits for your pet that regular products do not.
Your pet's nutritional needs often change as they age, so we must reassess the situation every so often. We will revisit our plan from time to time to make sure it is still effective.
